John responded quickly to my initial inquiry and spent time explaining possible causes for the problem. We were able to schedule an inspection for the next day in order to pin down how the mice were getting into our home. After his exterior/interior inspection, he zeroed in on the issue: an area between the building foundation and the cement poured for the porch had a gap, which allowed the mice in to the crawlspace underneath the porch. This is the second time in the last few years we've had this issue; the previous firm we had called out for help never mentioned this. John made a quick visit to the local Home Depot, picked up some materials and proceeded to permanently fix the gap. He set some traps to nab whatever critters that had found their way in. A quick and professional visit by a friendly and informative expert. While I hope to never need his services again, I know who I would trust and call back.
