Dale was great to work with. He explained all details I had with the contract. The roof house and garage was done in 1 day. They cleaned up the yard and the neighbors. I would recommend them.

Had a super experience with 123 Exteriors. 6 stars for Arick the Sales Representative and friend throughout the whole experience from start to finish. If I had a worry about anything, Arick walked me through it in a friendly and thoughtful way. Super person. Made the whole thing painless. Arick goes way above and beyond what you would typically expect from a Sale Rep. I had many Reps knock on my door before deciding on 123. As soon as I met Arick, I knew I was in good hands.

We are so pleased with the excellent job that 123ext/Downers Grove did for us! New roof, soffits, fascia and gutters. Dominik, our project manager exceeded all expectations. He kept us informed every step of the way with texts and photos. We chose their proposal over a less expensive estimate because of his dogged persistence and professionalism.
