Services we offer
Warranty work and general service on small engines for about 40 brands. Pick up and delivery of equipment to be repaired is offered for a small charge. We set up and deliver all larger pieces that we sell, such as any riding lawn mower or zero turn mower for free.

It went great. Vance was the person I dealt with. They were very nice and professional.

The snow blower was a little hard to start and it was able to clear the 13 inches of snow that fell over the course of a week. I called the repair folks and asked about the hard to start condition. They sent a truck and picked up the snow blower and repaired an additional part inside the carburetor. The snow blower was returned to me and the driver would not accept any payment. He said that they "stand behind" the repair work and it would not cost me anything. Where can you find that level of commitment to service? I would recommend Bertels for Service and also to purchase new equipment. It was a pleasure doing business with such expertise.
