Mark Hathy was the owned. The service was great. I did not have to move my furniture, he moved it all. He came in. he had the carpet in the van and it was heated steam. He did my whole house., upstairs and everything. He took care of stains. I had a dog that had two puppies and was very careful on treating stains making sure it had enough time to activate before he went drying and cleaned behind it. Then put things under my furniture so that it would not leave the rust holes, if I had the metal disc under the leg.
