They come highly rated and we just signed the contract a week ago, so we are unable to really evaluate them. My feeling about them is good. They will get 10% from the rent. I like them a lot because they do not charge me for fees. My property is kind of in a poor area and I was having a hard time finding a company that would manage it. They were willing to do it. They have been very responsive.
