He was willing to work on Christmas Eve and he gave me a service call for a fix quick the night of the 24th to restore power. He came back on Friday 26th and worked on the circuit breaker panel to correct the electrical issue. He also came back in the spring and worked on the meter box. He climbed on the roof and determined that the weather cap had been destroyed by lightning and this was root cause of the leaking. He provided a great service.
