C-N-M Floor Restoration

I called Chad that I was about ready to have the floor done. He said his son Alex was handling floors now and he would have him contact me. I got a call from Alex the next day and I told him I would be ready in about 2 weeks. He said that would work well because he would be working in the area at that time. When I was ready, I let Alex know. He was there the next week, got the floor sanded and the first coat of finish that day, did 2 more coats over the next 2 days. The floor looks great and I expect it to wear as well as the rest of the floors this company has done for me. This company is definitely a keeper.

After attempting to varnish the floor my little bedroom I sadly discovered that it must have had some wax on it originally, because,  when I laid on the 2nd coat, the first coat curdled up like sour milk!!!  You can imagine how 'happy' I was about that!
Stuck with no real way to sand it like it should be done, I called Chad.  He has several high-dollar sanders with powerful vacuums on them that leave NO dust in your house.  You won't even have to do ANY vacuuming after he's done!
You get what you pay for.  If you want it done right, call Chad.  If you want to screw around with some fly-by-night, call someone else!
Call now as he puts you on his list and when it's your time to shine he'll rattle your cage!!!
And NO - I'm not related to him and NO, I didn't know him before I called him.

All went very well.  The crew showed up on time when they said they would come, worked very diligently and did a fantastic job.  Part of the job was correcting a previous contractors mistakes.  All the dust was cleaned up when they were finished.  The floors look great.  Will definitely use this company again if I need floors redone.
