I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom for years and years it rotted the plywood under the tile. It burst up the tile in a 2? x 2? area. He took off the tile, assessed the plywood, and replaced the plywood all the way down to, but not including the joist. He put back on the plywood, installed a water proof covering sheet, and relayed the tile. I?m a structural engineer who?s seen lots of liars and cheaters. Virgil was straightforward, transparent and even provided a little extra materials at no extra charge to the original.

He did a good job on the floor and the tile, he?s done a couple of jobs on the plumbing for me as well. One was in the kitchen and the other was in the bathroom. He has more skills than just doing floor and tile. He?s knows what he?s doing in electrical and plumbing as well.
