Great job. The keys now have an even touch and quick response. I started back in 1969 using his father, Manoug. I trust Vahe implicitly with my beloved Steinway which has been in the family since 1927. The Ghazarians have been professional and competent. Look no further for complete piano service.

Everything went well. Mr. Ghazarian returned my phone call promptly, provided a ball park estimate over the phone, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and spent over 2.5 hours tuning the piano. He was very careful and deliberate in his work. He seems to know a great deal about pianos.

He was very professional, was willing to schedule an appointment on a Saturday morning, and arrived on time. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, what was broken, and the cost of additional repairs that would be needed to bring it back to "like new" condition. I decided to wait on the additional work, but after the tuning it still plays well and sounds much better than it did. I thought the cost was very reasonable, considering he was here for 2 hours. I am planning to hire him again in the future.

VAHE GHAZARIAN CALLED AHEAD TO REMIND ME OF THE APPOINTMENT, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND DID PROFESSIONAL WORK OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. HE EXPLAINED THE OPERATION OF MY PIANO AND THE PROBLEMS HE ENCOUNTERED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE DID NOT TRY TO PROMOTE OR SELL ME ADDITIONAL SERVICES, AS OTHER TUNERS HAVE DONE. HIS FEE IS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE TIME HE SPENT. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM REGULARLY FOR PIANO TUNING.
