EXCELLENT! Only issue was appointment setting.

I needed a plat of survey of my property in order to get a permit for replacement of my driveway. I called several surveyors, and because I was in a time crunch, I chose United, even though his quote was 25% higher than another surveyor, based on Mike's assertion that he could do the job within a week. Both other surveyors I contacted told me it would be two weeks or more until they could do the work. In fact, the work was not done within a week, and I had to call Mike to find out when they would be able to do it. They finally came to do the survey, and that part was professional and prompt. When the invoice came, it was at the high end of the range Mike had quoted.

It was so wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, extremely accommodating, and highly professional.

I caught the busy time of the year and they were very upfront about when they could come out. They came when they said they would. But printing the surveys was always a little late and most the time I had to wait even after calling ahead.

WORK WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND SATISFACTORILY. TOOK A FEW DAYS FOR SURVEYOR TO RESPOND BACK TO ME AFTER I CONTACTED THE OFFICE FOR A QUOTE. HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.

UNITED SURVEY HAD DONE A SURVEY OF MY PROPERTY IN 1999. I CALLED THEM TO INQUIRE ABOUT A CURRENT SURVEY. THE GENTLEMAN ASKED ME TO FAX OVER A NOTE SAYING WHAT I WANTED DONE AND INCLUDE THE PREVIOUS SURVEYS ORDER NUMBER. I FAXED THEM TO HIM AND HE CALLED ME BACK WITH THE PRICE. THREE COPIES OF THE SURVEY WERE IN MY HANDS 10 DAYS LATER!! I MAILED HIM THE PAYMENT CHECK UPON RECEIPT OF THE SURVEY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
