 + -1 moreI was very happy with the whole experience. Unlike a prior company I had tried, they made every effort to perform the repair on site. Technician was able to figure out on site that my TV did not need repairing at all and my problem was due to the CableCard. A little known fact is that Tweeter will do authorized warranty service on ALL products they sell.
Description of Work: Warranty service on my plasma TV that had a problem with picture in picture.

 + -1 moreTHE FELLOW WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOLD ME OUR TV WAS NOT WORTH FIXING, ALTHOUGH HE GAVE ME A PRICE. HE SEEMED VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL.
