Tom determined that the problem was not actually the hot water but the cold water entering the hot water heater. He repaired it in less than 30 minutes and didn't try to create any false charges. He was honest and took the time to explain everything!

It was really good. I had a plumber come in from Angie’s List and he was really good. He was so good too. He quoted me over the phone $300 but when he did the job I think it was $200. So it was even better. He quoted me one price and it was even less than what he said. He taught me a few tricks to prevent a backup in the bathroom sinks, to prevent clogs. That was really good. He is very personable.

I called Tom Persino to replace 2 back to back shower valves in my upstairs bathrooms. He was already familiar with the setup since he has replaced several of these in our nieghborhood previously on referrals. As Tom is a personal friend of mine I did not ask for a quote trusting he would select the apropriate fixture at a reasonable cost for the job. Tom was very flexible in adjusting to a service time and water interuption time for our convienience. He arrived with all the materials and the fixtures as scheduled after confirming ahead of time and completed the work in a few hours. He selected an economic reliable fixture similiar to our existing ones and was able to do all the work from one bathroom. He checked everything out before he left and even turned all the lights out we left on for him.

He was prompt in showing up for the job. He was courteous to us while he worked. He was able to clean up after himself when he was done. The work was fine and the problem was taken care of. I remember that his rates were reasonable. He pretty much has a one man crew. I thought he did an outstanding job.
