Very thorough. Sales process was very informative and answered every question I could think of. There was an inspection prior to full commitment to ensure panels could be installed and there weren't any issues. Installation took 4 men a half day. The installers were great; very conscientious. Often tradespeople lack people skills but they kept checking in with me to see how I liked how things were proceeding. After install, there was a wait for Township to inspect and approve permit. Then for utility company to approve the net metering running the meter backwards when the sun generates electricity. Can be bought or leased. I leased as it made most sense for me. So there were no out of pocket costs and I have a monthly charge for the electricity generated but utility bill should be going down by more than the solar saving me money. Saving money wasn't my highest priority. I wanted to generate green energy and do my part. But it looks like I will save money in the bargain.
