Countertop and Backsplash Service
The installers have been very nice for the most part. There have been numerous problems with the quality control. They put the wrong edge on a countertop, they did not use the correct templates for the sinks, they did not follow the specifications for where things were going to be located, there were cracks in some of the counters, etc... When they installed the countertops they disconnected the plumbing and they had so many problems with the machinery that it was almost six weeks before they got back out to finish with the countertops. When they get their way they are punctual, when they do not get their way they are not punctual. I would never use them again in the future.
