They were not responsive. It's hard to get a hold of them.

After they installed the humidifier, it started whistling. So I called them several times to come out and fix it. They said it needed a new vent. It has been over a month and they have not come out to complete the repair. My furnace is still disassembled. I have not been able to reach them since they came back the first time.
