I found them on Angie’s List and they were also recommended by my mechanic. The service was fine. The entire cost was $1,297.48, but I only had to pay $250 of it. Thanks to my insurance. They gave me a loaner and they had it ready as soon as they said they would. They were very friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing. What looked like a little ding meant they had to take out the back window because it was attached to a part that they needed to replace. I would recommend them. They are conveniently located when it is a place that you have to go to. It was close.

The owner, Ed, is a great guy and knows what he is talking about. It was obvious he knew his stuff. The car was at the shop for about one week. Every time I called he was there to answer questions. The car looks brand new. As a matter of fact, I took our other car to the shop for a front bumper repair. Again, the new bumper looks brand knew.

Rosemont Auto Body was one of 4 quotes which I solicited for the repair work. The 3 other quotes were all higher and, frankly, I liked Rosemont best. The repair was not being paid for by insurance so they offered a free loaner car for the duration of the repair. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and the car was repaired and ready to pick up on Friday as promised. Both Ed and Scott were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I received a follow-up customer satisfaction survey as well as a 1 year guarantee for the work.

My State Farm rep sent me here for insurance work on my Grand Caravan after a car accident I had.
On my first visit, got a written estimate and set-up a time to bring it in for the repairs.
This was a hassle free process.
I did not have rental insurance, but they provided me with a loaner car at no cost!
They had ordered all of the necessary parts before I brought my car in, and so they originally
estimated a three day process, they actually finished ahead of scheule in two days!!!
In addition to the insurance work, they buffed out a scrape I had from a previous incident
on my door trim, for no additional charge.
They also provided me with a bottle of touch-up paint for any future dings I might have.
This was an insurance repair so I only paid my $500 deductible for an estimate of $1600+.

I was at Rosemont Auto body today and when the guy behind the desk was unhappy with what I told him he thru the key at me and told me to get out of his f-----g shop! I was wasting his f-----g time. He then continued to use a lot of porfanity and called me many profane names. I don't care if I was wrong or not that is no way to treat anybody and I would not recomend this shop to anyone.
