The company was recently bought by Presto and I feel like the quality of work has declined. Our former technician retired and now we feel like the job isn’t as thorough.

initial call for service was returned and estimator requested an email with details of the job. email sent but no further follow up was made by company.

Whatever problem I had with the pests seem to be eradicated. Their service was good, but the price was kind of hefty. I hope I don't have to use them again because I don't want to have that problem again but if need be, then I would use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. We did experience some logistical issues, but once we hammered that out - Bill, did a great job and provided good infomration and expectations on what to expect after the spraying.

Gold Seal was absolutely fantastic. As much as I would not wish a bedbug infestation on anyone, I could not have asked for a better company to work with. From the moment I spoke with Elia Levin, the company owner, I knew I was in the best of hands. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and explained the treatment process clearly and in detail, but he was also incredibly kind and compassionate, and patiently answered my many questions and concerns. He was extremely professional and responsive and always returned my calls promptly. I also found his office staff to be very pleasant and helpful over the phone. Mr. Levin worked very hard to schedule our job as quickly as possible (within 4 days of our initial phone contact!) and demonstrated the utmost in customer service throughout the process. The technicians he sent on the job were fabulous: courteous, intelligent, extremely hard-working and professional in their conduct. They inspired my confidence immediately and I could clearly see that they were genuinely committed to doing the job right. We recently had a follow-up canine inspection of our home (reportedly, the most reliable method of detecting the presence of bedbugs) which came out clear. We are enormously grateful to Gold Seal. Not only did they do the job well but with a real commitment to service. We felt very well looked after throughout the process and this is enormously helpful given how distressing a bedbug infestation can feel. Despite the circumstances, I would say that this was one of the very best contracting companies I have ever worked with. It was clear throughout our interactions that Mr. Levin is a man of very high professional integrity who cares about the work he does and the clients he services. I could not recommend this company more highly.
