THE COST TO UPGRADE THE ROOF MATERIAL IS MINIMAL, ASK FOR THE 30 LB FELT PAPER AND THE 30 YEAR SHINGLE. IF YOU WILL BE NEEDING GUTTERS DO IT TOGETHER THEN YOU WILL GET A BETTER SEAL ON YOUR ROOF BECAUSE HE CAN WRAP THE EDGES.
