We did home inspection and he missed important foundation issue what it’s going to cost us a lot now . Very disappointed because he did take any responsibility for his miss.

I just purchased a townhouse and needed some minor repairs prior to moving in. I scheduled an appointment with Anton and he arrived to the appointment five minutes earlier, and seemed very  organized.
He assessed the house and the items  I was looking to repair, and provided me with a quote that was actually lower than I had anticipated
He was able to begin working right away and completed the job within one hour. His work was very clean, and high quality
I was beyond happy with his professionalism. Although I only had a few minor things to fix at that time, I would not hesitate to hire Anton for any major repairs I may need in the future

The inspector arrived on time.He was extremely pleasant and polite and seemed very professional. During the inspection, he had pointed and explained all the advantages and defects of the house. He was very thorough and attentive to every detail.
The inspection took approximately three hours and afterwards he assured me that his report would be completed on the same day.
I did in fact receive a copy of the report in a few hours and the quality of the report was excellent.
Im very satisfied with the experience and will continue working with Anton Tomov in the future and will recommend him to all my colleagues.
