Adriana and Javier have been amazing to work with! We had our windows done by another company and were unhappy with how the bay window looked when they were done due to mismatched siding/flashing. We had another roofing company come out about some water damage in our bedroom ceiling. They told us that our roof needed to be replaced. Perfect 10 came out and thoroughly inspected not only our roof but went into our attic and found no evidence of water getting through the roof. We do not need to replace our roof. Such a relief to find a company that cares and isn't just looking to make a sale.

Javier and Adriana are such a pleasure to work with. I needed some light construction and siding work done on my home. Their response time to my request for quote was outstanding and the work the crew did was impeccable. These folks are terrific! I love the way they listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We added fish scale, lattice, and trim to our old house as well as repairing old siding and redoing the garage roof. I was 1000% satisfied with it all. The house looks transformed. Folks arrived on time, were very professional and pleasant, and did a great job. Communications, timing, expertise and pricing were excellent. The installation was great. The roofers did a excellent job. The site was cleaned up very well. Everyone in the company was straight forward and did as promised. Highly recommend their company.

It went really well. They came out and were working 2 or 3 different jobs at the same time.  They all had their own specialty (about 7 guys). The montez brothers did the finishing touches, no surprise charges- all original prices!
