From the beginning Adrian was prompt, responsive and professional.  He made communicated with us from beginning to end regarding the project.  He answered all of our questions and concerns and indicated several times that if we needed anything in the future to give him a call.  I will definitely recommend Ornat roofing in the future!

I purchased the Big Deal for a new roof on 09-23.  After a couple weeks delay due to overwhelming response, Adrian got in touch with me and did the initial inspection of my roof.  As it turned out, my roof was much larger than the Deal covered.  Adrian worked with me, though, and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us.  The work was completed mid-October, and it looks great.  After getting through the initial difficulties in contacting Ornat, Adrian kept me in the loop throughout the process, and since I was traveling, sent pictures of the roof in process so I could see what was going on.  Having also been through a couple heavy rains, there were no leaks.  The guys also cleaned up beautifully - there was nothing left on the ground or the area surrounding my house.  All in all, a good experience, and I would recommend working with Adrian and Ornat.

Just bought the house and had a deadline from the insurance company to get the roof replaced.  I was in another state while I was  trying to find someone and negotiate the contract.  Ornat was very responsive and willing to discuss all the details--amending the contract until we reached agreement.  I was there during the time they were doing the work and was quite impressed with the work ethic and quality of the finished job. They finished the roof on a Friday and were going to do the gutters on Monday, but I had to leave.  One phone call and they had the gutter guys there.  Everything was finished that Friday night.   I had been especially worried about the debris from removing the 3 old layers of roofing since I have a small grandchild, but they worked carefully and did a thorough clean up.  I think I found maybe 2 nails after they left.
The B rating for price was just because their price was about the same as the others who bid.

Adrian came out and worked with the roofer to get the job done.  Roofer was excellent, did a very nice-looking job. Was able to do job without damaging existing siding.
Roof looks great. Final proof will not come until we get big snow next winter.

Originally contacted to put tarp over damaged area.  Came out and installed tarp within less than 24 hours of my call.  Several other roofers either failed to come out after saying they would or were simply not interested.  Repaired roof as soon as weather permitted and charged exactly what they had estimated.   Work was done in a very professional manner, and they left the premises as clean as it was before they started.  I would definitely use them again.

The Ornatovskis were punctual in providing their bid, courteous, and responsive to our questions. The workers, Martin and Swavek, were efficient and hard-working, even on hot days. They were careful to protect our landscaping, and cleaned up each day. The new roof looks good, and we trust that it will last even longer than the twenty years that we had our previous roof. The price was better than the competitive ones we received. We had higher estimates from other roofers whose bids were almost identical.

The work turned out beautifully! We basically had the garaged re-done. There was a little bit of mis-communication. It was altogether a very positive experience. They were good.
