Glass and Mirror Service
Scheduled for 1030am. Received a call from repair man at that time and was told he was going to pass on fixing the window because he couldn't find a parking spot within 3 blocks. Was not apologetic and did not give alternatives.

One window was floor-ceiling in our living room. It was essential that the new window match the existing ones. They had no problems doing this.
They insisted on following building codes for the living room window. Cheaper-grade glass was available, but they insisted it should be tempered glass due to the floor-to-ceiling arrangement. Can't argue with this.
They had a little flexibility in their price versus what was in the original estimate which certainly was appreciated.
