From start to finish, care and professionalism is what is seen with our items. They did everything they claimed and more. Pam was literally holding our hand at times. Moving after 46 years was a battle, but Pam and her crew got it done. We could had not done this without them. I would rate them higher if I could. Nice fun people to work with as well. I will recommend them to everyone. She worked very hard with my Mother getting rid of accumulated unnecessary items of all kinds. If anything was dirty it was dusted upon packing. This task seemed very daunting from the beginning but Pam had a method and plan that we tried to mirror and work along with her. Having someone with skills, personality and the right attitude took so much stress off of us. Unpacking was no different, so very helpful organizing things to fit and make sense. One other thing impressed me and caught me by surprise. She bills herself to the very minute... looks at her watch and writes down the exact time coming and going. Also sets an alarm for lunch time for her or her crew as needed. We also like her staff as well. Pam always had help of extra personnel as they were needed. Their great disposition appreciatively offset our aggravation at times. A winning team for sure.
