Lazy, rude, and LGBTphobic. These were the absolute most useless loaders I have ever seen. We ended up asking them to leave because their complaining, attitude, and s***** work ethic was worse than not having help. The service is so atrociously bad, I would not recommend this place even if it were free.

Rude, unprofessional and lazy team I hired for a guaranteed 3 hours. They only worked 2 hours. They refused to move some items and those they did move they complained the entire time. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. All I can say is “don’t hire them ever.” Any other company has to be better.

The company stayed in touch before the move, got to the job on time, and handled everything efficiently and professionally. They were careful moving and tying down items, and finished far more quickly than I expected. After a 6-hour drive, we unpacked the truck and found no damage to anything.

This was the second time I'd hired Metro to load/unload for a move, and they're great. I recommend them to anyone looking for help moving at a reasonable price. They guys worked hard and quickly, but were very nice and helpful. They were able to help us dismantle the heaviest furniture and took care of all the antiques, art, and china.

Easiest move I've had! Guys were great; they worked fast and took great care of all my stuff. They were even nice to the cats. They took care of the antique furniture and we didn't have any damaged furniture or boxes.

It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them. They were delicate with my things. They were very helpful. I liked them a lot. I paid them extra for the guys. They were great on price. They were awesome.

I previously used them which was a good experience, you just call in a week advance and get set up, they were prompt and on time they unloaded a fifteen foot truck in two in a half hours. They were professional, and they didn't break any of our stuff, and I would use them again.

I was surprised by the number of breaks they took because there were so many. They don't have their own truck, but they have all the other necessary equipment for moving such as dollies, etc.
