Maintenance Made Easy

It went very smoothly. They removed excess roofing material to even out the surface, then measured and positioned the fixtures evenly. Cleaned up any debris left behind. It took two man hours to do the work.  Looks great!  We've used them for other household projects that involved electrical work, installing light fixtures, reinforcing cabinetry, fixing and/or replacing antique glass door knobs, reinforcing sconce fixtures, etc.. They're reliable and trustworthy.  We're considering them for our future kitchen remodeling project and painting the common hallways in our two-flat.

They fixed the electrical switch issue easily, and I'm thrilled that my scones are working again.
The sumpump was a bit more difficult, as they had to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue, then work out a fix for it.  There were a number of things wrong with the sumpump including 1) needing a new battery, 2) a bad sensor, and 3) something wrong with the sumpump itself.  Figuring out that the sensor was bad took quite a bit of time, and then figuring out how to work around it also took some time.  In the end, everything was working when they left, but since then, the sumpump seems to not be working correctly again.  That's why they got the "B" rating instead of an "A".

Was very satisfied, as indicated by the ratings. I had a hard time finding someone that would come out and do this work in a timely fashion. A national provider wanted $100 more for this (which was ridiculous) and tried to schedule the work for a week out. We have kids, and we can't go without laundry for that long! I found Maintenance Made Easy on a different web site, and called them late in the afternoon. Bill agreed to come out first thing in the morning. His guy showed up on time and started getting things ready, Bill arrived about 20 minutes later. They spent longer on the job than I expected, due to some strange issues with this old house. They did good work, cleaned up after themselves and checked to make sure that everything worked properly before they left. I was satisfied with their timeliness, professionalism and punctuality, and feel like I was charged a fair amount for the work that they did. I would use them again.
