I HAD A LEAK IN A WINDOW AND CALLED M&H CONSTRUCTION, THINKING THE PROBLEM WAS WINDOW-RELATED. MIROSLAV(SP?), THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM ON A SUNDAY MORNING (I HAVE A BUSY WORK SCHEDULE). HE CONCLUDED THAT, WHILE I SHOULD PROBABLY INSTALL NEW WINDOWS (MINE ARE VERY OLD), THE LEAK WAS NOT A WINDOW PROBLEM. HE IDENTIFIED THE SOURCE, TOLD ME WHAT KIND OF WORK TO HAVE DONE (BY SOMEONE ELSE), AND LEFT ME WITH BROCHURES ABOUT WINDOWS, JUST IN CASE. IF I WERE IN THE MARKET FOR WINDOWS AT THIS TIME, I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM. HE WAS RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS, DIRECT AND ACCOMMODATING. HE INSPIRED CONFIDENCE, AND I WOULD TRUST HIM IMPLICITLY.

I HAD THE SAME KIND OF WINDOWS INSTALLED EARLIER AND THIS COMPANY DID A MUCH BETTER JOB AND THEY EVEN FIXED THE OTHER WINDOWS.
