Luis construcción

Probably one of the very few contractors that put me at ease of being a homeowner for 16 years. Other contractors dispositions from Angie & Thumbtack made me feel very uncomfortable with just negotiating. Luis put me at ease right away & gave me a reasonable quote & started the overdue work in my house the next day. I would especially recommend him to female homeowners..

We hired Luis for an interior painting job on our 1,700 sqft rental property, with the agreement for a single coat of paint throughout. While he was communicative throughout the process and completed most of the work within five days, the quality of the job was subpar. We noticed several issues upon inspection, including paint drips, missed areas, uneven coverage, and visible discoloration. In some cases, paint was splattered onto new floors, painted over exposed plumbing, and he left paint dust on our ceiling fans. Unfortunately, the workmanship was not up to standard, which led us to hire another painter to redo the job at three times the original cost. Additionally, we were disappointed by his behavior on-site. He smoked on the property and left cigarette butts scattered around the yard, which added to our frustration. While Luis maintained good communication, the overall quality of his work did not meet expectations, and we would not consider hiring him again.

Luis came to take a look at the project and began to work right away. He was really good at updating me with steps.

Luis Construction did an outstanding job. Despite the tight timeline, they completed our project on time and within budget. Their efficiency and commitment were impressive. Highly recommended!

Luis showed up quickly and was able to quote the project and get started the same day. Our door installation wasn’t straightforward because the two frames weren’t in good shape but he was thorough and quick in the installation. He also took on a more complicated concrete-related project to make sure one of the doors closed correctly. To top it off, I pointed to a separate drywall patching job and he did that on the spot. I’d definitely use his services again.

Louis was on time, working around my work schedule. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. i am very satisfied with his work and will hire in for future projects.

Luis was able to meet my tight schedule to have: windows repaired so I could get approved for my FHA loan. He closed up a 2nd fl window from the outside (it was already closed up from the inside). He replaced missing end capping to the 2nd fl windows and painted them so everything matched. And he added siding to a window on the 1st fl that was not properly finished. Thanks Luis!

Luis was right on time, the cost was very reasonable, and he was able to fix everything- would definitely hire him again!
