They were extremely accommodating and their work was superior. We loved the garage when it was done! We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

we had a garage fire.hired ted and his guys.he came out.we where very pleased at first with ted.his knowledge,price,and time line it would be done.ted had a crew he used for rest of demo of old garage.those guys r good,except till they cracked a part in foundation,not major,can be expected to happen,just still unfurtunate that did.then ted is ready to go with his crew.always on time,cleaned up,respectful and WORKED.was very happy how going....garage up all is good.starts gutter and fascia work thats when it went down hill.very sloopy work,cracked surrounding casement that gutter went into.it was nice red brick.one piece that disguised bottom of gutter.completely trashed.fascia just chopped and slapped up.then the gutter now has a leak.never leaked in 8 years now a constant wet spot when we get rain,also 2 corners on garage that come together now leak.so 2 more wet spots.wich has been fun now in winter cause those spots all freeze!!! we called ted 4 times very shortly after job was finished!!!!!! no reply nothing.finally calls back comes out goes on garage roof.seals corners.looks at brick they busted to crap scratching his head like..well it wouldnt fit,had to do what we had to do..nooo!!!come get homeowners before you wreck something like that!!!!! needless to say as he is leaving tells us he will get something for gutter coming down..now to todays date january 14 th..still brick not fixed...the garage corners r still leaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! called 2 more times nothing.very very aggrivating!!!!!!!!!

Everything was done professionally, as premised, he impressed the neighbors with his job.
definitely will use him for future jobs.

It went very well! The workers were punctual and professional. I would certainly use them again if necessary.

Ted was also able to enhance my storage capabilities by putting a floor over the rafters and a stairway up to, what we now call the attic. He installed lighting and ventilation so that with the gables we have daylight through the windows and canned lights at night time. One of the things I especially like about Teds work is that it was done with skill, within an appropriate time frame and within the quoted price. Ted was also able to provide subcontractors who could provide cement sidewalks to the house, remove a 60' tree in order to build the garage and drywallers to finish the inside of the garage. My only notation to the project is to state that the daily cleanliness of the job site could have been better.

The job went very well. Bad weather got things off to a bad start as the garage site became a swamp after the tree we had removed left a hole in the ground. Once the ground became more solid then everything went quickly. The slab was poured and aged for a week. Then the construction started and everything was done in a week. Ted was always there during the construction and always available for questions. He was very adaptable to our requests and made sure that we were happy with the job. We are very happy.
