+ -1 moreButch arrived on time, and is personable and professional. Butch listens to your questions when you call and comes prepared to complete the work the day of the appointment.
Description of Work: Butch did a preventative maintenance check on furnace and air conditioner. The air conditioner needed freon. He added the freon, and monitored the level to be sure that the amount was correct. In addition, he checked the thermostats, fans, and units in general, assuring they were in proper working order.
