I work on project such as Bathroom,Basements,Kitchen remodeling, but also working as a Handyman and servicing any size job. For work which is not on my list I use my Sub-Contractors which I work with for long period of time,in this case I control the work as a Genersl Contractor and make sure that job is done right. I have clients all over the Chicagoland .

During the entire remodel Karel was in communication with me. If I had a question or needed to contact him, he responded in a timely manner. Karel asked for clarification if the plans for the kitchen remodel weren't clear. He explained unexpected problems, and suggested possible solutions.
He performed quality work and paid attention to the details. Karel consistently double-checked measurements and checked that everything was plumb and level. He was concerned that I be satisfied with the height of the new knee wall. It was the most important detail of the remodel and I'm absolutely happy with it.
During the entire remodel, the construction area was uncluttered and cleaned before he left for the day. I was amazed, that when he sanded the patched drywall, there wasn't a dense dust cloud escaping form the kitchen. Remodeling can be messy, however I had very little dirt and dust in the other rooms.
I like the quality of his work, and will hire him to work on my gazebo.
