He was very friendly and so were the people working with him. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed about was that the latch on a oak door has a big splinter left on it, but we did not notice until after he left. We have not called him back to fix it yet. The rest of the work turned out as I expected.

They did a nice job and did the work neatly. They stuck with me when I was having problems getting my material from a different supplier. He even helped me to find a different place to get the materials I needed. I have used his services several times and always does a good job.
