Wow!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was point of contact to Infinity Pro Inc, on behalf of a VIP CEO. Sofia in the office is very detail oriented, has great communication skills, and is extremely punctual. If you can't reach her there is definitely a reason and she gets back to you very quickly. Amazing experience with Sofia! Next, the owner came out to the house personally for inspection. He was very efficient, professional, and polite. He informed me that Sofia would contact me soon with a quote. I received the quote in less than 60 minutes! Amazing! Third, the prices are AFFORDABLE and VERY REASONALBLE! I asked for proof of insurance and I had a pristine copy in my email less than 5 minutes later! Amazing! Forth, Crew arrived on time at 9am and got to work right away. This was a large project. 1800sqft White California Driveway with Black Paver Brick along the edges, front patio, very large back patio, lots of stone, brick, and hardscaping all around the house, siding, over 100 windows, gutters, 4 large Egress window wells, lighting fixtures, and 2nd floor master bedroom deck patio overlooking the backyard. The owner was on-site the entire time. He reviewed each employees work many times throughout the day and communicated with them very well. I never saw or heard him yell or talk down to his staff. The owner is a pretty soft spoken. Very humble, very respectful, and a VERY hard worker. Full days work in less than perfect weather conditions. No one complained about anything including the cold, damp weather. Crew left at 6pm. Everything was done to perfection. I haven't had an experience like this in a very long time. To be honest, I was speechless until I started typing this. The best is yet to come for this extremely talented team. Standing ovation for the entire team at Infinity Pro Inc! Bravo!
