We gutted an entire condo. He started the work about a year ago. His rough work was okay, he never finished anything. He does not return calls and there are always excuses and a lot of things have been wrong it is not quality work. Carpentry was poor, tile grout is cracking, electrical is still not working, and the installation of plumbing and kitchen is not finished. There has been a problem with everything and he thinks its all minor and doesn t want to fix it. I have sent him a 4 page report of things that still need to be done and he still has not responded. He is not returning calls. My ceiling is now falling down and he will not fix it, he came out with someone to look at the ceiling and he won t fix it.

Our old shower leaked. Alex and his crew took out the old shower to the studs, put in a new pan, floor and walls. They tiled the walls with ceramic tile, installed the spa shower and glass door and walls. It is wonderful! Larger than our old one and beautiful. We have received many compliments. Whenever there was a problem, Alex responded and took care of it. Any suggestions I had were listened to and Alex was willing to work with the ideas. Great to work with him!
