Bozena and her assistant are outstanding . They have an attention to detail almost as good as my own in cleaning.

I am so thrilled I found Bozena here on Angies List. She is such a hard worker and definitely exemplifies what every person is seeking in a top performing cleaning lady/housekeeper. She not only keeps my home nice and neat, but readily offers to do any extra work/special jobs that I need done.

As I had such a terrific experience with her when she started with me about 2-3 months ago, I absolutely had to pass her name and phone number to my sister--who is also very thrilled with her!!

The women was very pleasant, she did the work quickly and efficiently. She had planned on staying 4 hours, but was finished in 3. So we talked about it and I told her there were other things she could do the next time she comes and she agreed that she had the time, and if I needed something extra cleaned from time to time, she would be more than happy to do the work...I asked her to return around the same time next month.. I would like to have her come every month...I was very pleased with her performance and personality...

Bozena came out and did a walk-through and initial estimate. She estimated 7-8 hours for the initial deep clean, and then 3-4 hours for subsequent bi-weekly cleans. She came back on Saturday and did the cleaning. It took her 7 hours. She was working hard the entire time. She did a fabulous job. She continually checked with me to find out how I liked certain things to be done. She asked if there was anything else I needed her to do before leaving. She left my house perfectly cleaned, exactly as I wanted it. She doesn't mind special requests. We will use her again!

Bozena is very pleasant and easy to work with. I was pleased with her attention to detail and careful cleaning of all of the rooms in our home. She respected my wishes to use specific products on appliances various floor types and furniture. I am so pleased she will be working with me every other week.

Bozena has been cleaning our families 2 bedroom, 3 bath home for the past 6 months now. Every time we come home after she has cleaned, we are greeted by a sparkling clean house. It is fantastic!

Bozena has been friendly, very professional and easy to work with. If I have any special requests, I just leave her a note and she has managed to fit it in her normal cleaning routine. She has been very good about asking questions about where items go and cleaning around the and quot;stuffand quot; that I have collected and don't want disturbed. I have also been happy that she is not bothered by our dog and has made arrangements for a back-up when she took vacation.

I have been very happy with her services and would recommend her.

We began using the service in late February. There were some interuptions due to vacations etc. She has cleaned our home fairly regularly every two weeks and I have no complaints

Bozena did a very good job, and was incredibly thorough. She was able fit me into her schedule last minute by accommodating a next day appointment, which I really appreciated!

Bozena is great! She arrives on time and does a very thorough job. I usually leave her a check before I go to work in the morning and I come home to find my house spotless!

I'm glad to see people who care about what they do. It's hard to find honest, reliable people today. I'm glad I called Dust Collector, they do the job right!

Bozena was terrific and focused on her work. She cleaned the entire house and helped to put away scattered items (left out due to a hectic week). Had house guests the weekend prior to Bozena's arrival and she made it seem as if no one was ever there. All bathrooms were cleaned well and the kitchen had a renewed shine after lots of use over the weekend and the beginning of the week. Thank you to the members who left the previous reports as that is how I found Bozena. She was kind enough to bring a coupon and offer me a discount even though I did not ask for it. Impressive. I already scheduled her to return and help keep our home shining.

I love Bozena and her crew,they were fantastic. I fired my other company because I caught them stealing. Dust collectors is licensed and insured and that made a big difference in my choice to use them. My house was sparkling when they left. They were on time and very friendly. I own multiple apartment buildings in the city of chicago and I have bozena taking care of the hallway and common area . My buildings have never been so clean. Thank You Dust Collectors.
