It took a long time, but we knew that upfront. We had plenty of time before we wanted to put the house on the market, so that was part of the up-front negotiations. Also, we had to stop and start when it was discovered that we needed new drain tiles. Overall, Kamil was very accommodating. He also had good referrals for cabinets.

Our remodel with Kamil & team was phenomenal. As our first renovation project, we didn't have much experience working with contractors, but were pleasantly surprised when we met Kamil. He was responsive, timely, professional, and offered expert advice throughout our entire remodel. His team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They were reliable, friendly, and extremely hardworking. For any remodel project in the future, I would not hesitate to reach out to them again. I'd highly recommend to anyone!!

This is our third project done by Dream Team Remodelers. We wanted to refresh the kitchen and hall without total rebuilding. Our old tiles were all chipped and cracked, walls needed patching and painting. As always, Dream Team folks did excellent job for us. Since we wanted to keep existing cabinets, it was difficult for them to replace the tiles, but they managed it and we were even able to continue using kitchen to cook while they were working on it. All the guys working in our house were neat, accurate and thorough. And they included extra work (like fixing basement ceiling that got a few cracks after removing tiles in the kitchen) into the project. I'd definitely recommend Dream Team Remodelers and will rely on their help in the future.

I picked Kamil because his estimates met my budget the best out of all that I had interviewed.   Kamil and his crew are courteous and professional.  They were punctual and cleaned up the area well every day.  The lead crew member communicated well and was very approachable.

The remodel took about 4.5 weeks and I am 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship and overall quality.

We recently completed a kitchen remodeling project with the Dream Team Remodelers, and we highly recommend them. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that were provided. Their quote is affordable, yet the work is professional and meticulous.

Communication is fast and effective. Kamil communicates (phone/text/email) honestly and professionally on appointments and plans. The crew vacuumed and cleaned the entire area every day, making it possible for us to use the surrounding rooms. This made a huge difference in ensuring that the project did not cause a greater disruption than necessary.

We are completely happy with our new kitchen and will use their service again in the future.

Songo (Kamil) was very easy to work with and very responsive.  He was timely, flexible with his schedule to accommodate any issues that arose and a very nice guy to work with.  He is priced very competitively for a very solid product.  Therefore, I would highly recommend him and will use him for future projects.

This was my first experience with a contractor and it went great!  First, I wasn't sure what to replace the drop ceiling with and so I had no supplies available for a new ceiling.  Once Kamil and his team removed the old one he provided great advice on what the options were.   I decided to have drywall installed and they obtained the materials and did the installation.  They also installed a fitting and wiring for a small light fixture in the hallway making use of an existing light switch.   They also "mudded" the ceiling so it is ready to be painted.  For the new trim, Kamil met me at Home Depot and helped select and cut enough pieces and delivered the material back to my apartment.  I'm very happy with the work.
The coupon covered 16 man-hours of work and it required an additional 27 man-hours.  The time-consuming part was mudding the ceiling.

This was an Angies List "general contractor for a weekend" deal.  Kamil and Lucas did a great job and were easy to work with.  The jobs we asked them to do were probably not the most complex in the rehab world, but they were efficient and professional.  I would use them again in the future for similar projects.

Kamil and co did a really impressive job on the kitchen, bathroom and painting. They attend to details. They do not cut corners. They also did a good job cleaning up after the job. I definitely recommend them to others and will do business with them again.

This is the 3rd time I have used Kamil for work in our home. He has refinished our entire basement, remodeled a bathroom and performed general painting inside our home. I couldn't be more happy. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely manner. His crew is very polite and always picked up after themselves after each day of work. i would have no hesitation to recommend him for any home improvement projects.

They did a great job.  They turned a useless attic space into a beautiful office library.  They stayed on budget and they also were on time.

He was professional in his communication, and clearly experienced in general home maintenance work. We trusted him to work while we left the house, and when we came back, our walls looked beautiful!

My friend has recommended Songo Design to me and I decided to give tem a call. Kamil, the owner, sounded very friendly and was very happy to meet with me and look at my project. Now its all done and i can not describe how happy I am that I called them. Other big companies came way too high with their estimate.....and I don't belive they could do anything better then Kamil and his dad.
