CNM does roofs too! I had a wonderful remodeling experience before but wow, what a great job on my poor old roof. Came out and gave thorough inspection explaining all along the way. The work was completed on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. I could not be happier with this beautiful job. Thanks CNM!

The first time we met Jeff was during the inspection of our first home before we officially signed the documents. He was highly recommended by our agent and I could definitely see why. He was incredibly detailed and knew exactly what he was doing. The house was 60+ years old and had definitely seen some changes over the years. Jeff caught a number of items through a detailed walk through and explained the issues in terms my fiance and I could understand. He produced a fantastic document that we used with the seller to correct all issues before purchasing. I definitely appreciated his quality of work and immediately began discussions for his company to start updating our newly acquired home.

Once we were moved in and settled our dog was begging us for a new fence in the backyard. We asked Jeff to come take a look at the space and recommend a few options. We settled on a design and which lumber to use. He also recommended during the inspection process that our lawn could use some regrading work and new window wells to prevent any major damage during the spring melt. We ended up bundling the fence, regrading, window wells and some basement electrical work into one estimate since it all needed to be done. The price we were given was incredibly fair so we decided to proceed!

After the regrading was completed and the window wells pulled out, Jeff found out that we could re-use the existing window wells which would save us a ton of money. He immediately let me know and I was thrilled. The window wells were re-set in their foundation and installed without any problems at all. We have yet to see a single drop of water in the basement!

The last pieces to be completed were the fence and the electrical. Our fence lumber had to be ordered and delivered to the house. Once this was completed I received a call from Jeff stating that the stock delivered was not what he was expecting. It was a much lower quality than desired and we devised a plan to upgrade the lumber from a local dealer. Note** At this point Jeff could have easily installed the fence with the delivered lumber and not said a word. Instead, he put in the extra effort to drive out to the supplier and help me find the best fencing for my money. WOW! ** After we made the change, the fence was installed in no time at all. His workers were efficient and professional. Once the project was completed, I was amazed with the quality of the workmanship and how great the fence looked. We still to this day, talk about how much we love our fence.
While the fence was being installed, Jeff had a fully licensed electrician come in and install 4 sconces and two duplex outlets in my basement. They were in and out in one day with a great looking install. I have been incredibly happy with the additional lights/ outlets and hope to have more electric work done soon.

One of the most amazing attributes to this company and more specifically Jeff, is the honesty that can be found throughout the entire process. They are absolutely fantastic to work with and truly set a high standard for the industry. Jeff is my first call every time I have a new partof our house that needs to be updated. He will be our contractor for as long as we own a home. A huge thank you from our family to Jeff and CNM Development LLC!

Jeff worked with us to find quality materials within our price range. His workers showed up on time, were conscious of the fact that I had young children in the home and kept their workspace unbelievably clear of debris. Unexpected (old) water damage was encountered in the demo, and Jeff worked with us not only to repair the damage but to locate the source and prevent further problems in the future.
