Upon discovering a loud noise coming from my furnace I contacted Climatek.  Al was able to come out to inspect the furnace within a few days. He offered to work weekends or after 5:00 without any extra charges.  Upon an inspection it was determined due to the age of the furnace, the conditions that it was in, and the repairs that would be needed it would be a much better value to replace the existing furnace rather than repair it.  He provided me a professional estimate detailing the type of furnace, the deposit that would be required, and that it included hauling the old unit away.  I gave him a check for the deposit, and when it arrived arrangements were made for installation.  Again this was done on a weekend without any added charges. The installation was done quickly, and cleanly.  I was very satisfied with the quality of furnace I received, as well as the service that was performed.
