"some customers no matter what you do you can not please them.."
"The only service the member has not received to date (that he signed up for) was the core aeration. He signed up for this service after the spring aerations were complete, and we notified him that he would be put on the schedule to have this service on the next round of core aeration services (mid summer). We had in the meantime provided him with an estimate for either sodding or seeding his property as his lawn was in need of some repair– un-level areas, bare spots and areas where grass did not grow but contained only dirt, as he was anxious to get his lawn looking better. Since he was contemplating this project but hadn’t made a decision, we told him that core aeration was good to do prior to seeding. If he was going to re-sod his property, then it wasn’t necessary at this point to do a core aeration service (and be charged for it) when we would be taking out the existing lawn….We were trying not to perform any unnecessary services at a cost to the homeowner. The member did not authorize us to do either one of these services to date, but we did have him on the schedule for the mid summer core aerations that would be completed in the month of July. The services he was charged for included his weekly maintenance services for the month of June and an application of fertilizer which were all done, but to date, he has not paid for. As far as repeated requests, we emailed him his proposals on May 24 and then again on June 6, including posting a notice on his May invoice notifying him of our attempts to provide him with solutions on how to improve his property. We were not contacted by him about these until June 30th…"
