Dorota was fantastic! I trust her completely cleaning my home; she did a wonderful and thorough job. I hired her for a one-time appointment as I was expecting guests; but I think I'm going to have her clean on a more rotational basis.

The team arrived promptly. The space had not been cleaned in many months, having been inhabited by a pretty sloppy young man. They did a great job with both general and detailed cleaning

They are very punctual and do a good job. If I am ever unhappy with something, they will do something over. They aim to please. Very nice crew of workers and very trustworthy in your home.

Dorota first came to our smaller apartment over a year ago to assess what was needed, explain how her team works and give me a price for the work. She called me back within a week to schedule a time and she started right away. She and her team have continued to work for us now in our larger apartment in the same building. She is 100% reliable. She and I text each other if either of us needs to change a time, and on the morning of service we text to confirm the time. She also texts when she is on the way which is very thoughtful. The team knows what to do and she instructs individuals on special tasks I need done that particular day. Dorota is a pleasure to work with: she is interested in our home; understands the special requirements of our furniture, rugs or other items; has a wonderful smile and positive attitude and is very clear and nice to her crew. She also cleans right with her crew. She provided me copies of her company's Insurance Bond for her and her employees and a Certificate of Liability. We give her a check monthly and cash gratuity for her team each week. I highly recommend Bobowik Cleaning Solutions!

I was very happy with the service I received. The owner was responsive, first to my phone call, then we switched to text messages, which is easier for me. We arranged a time and they were prompt. They cleaned the house very nicely, put fresh linens on the bed as I requested, shined up the bathroom fixtures really well, offered to do the basement (but I didn't need that at this time). Everything looked beautiful once they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Dorota and her team are FANTASTIC!! We have been using them for a couple times now and they do a wonderful job! They are very courteous and always let me know when they will be stopping out and if they are running early or late. I really love the fact that I’m getting the same crew every time. Happy I found them!

Dorota is very pleasant to work with. She responds promptly via text with scheduling messages. She responded to my concerns about a cleaning situation very professionally and promptly. She works with a crew of 3 other cleaners. I typically have preferred an individual cleaning my house, but this is working out well. I don’t feel all of the team cleans as well as Dorota, but she is open to my concerns and wants her customers to be satisfied. It’s a bit of a trade off, but I’m enjoying the benefit of having a crew come in and the job done in much less time.

Wonderful!  Dorothy and her team have been with our family for well over 2 years now, coming every 2 weeks. They have never missed a day of our scheduled times. Her and her team are always friendly and warm to both me and my young children if they happen to be home. They are very thorough - excellent job on the bathrooms, countertops, etc.  Sometimes I forget to have the kids pick up before Dorothy and her team arrive, and they do a nice job of tidying when necessary with the toys and other items around.   I'm so grateful they empty all the many trashcans and even the diaper genies we have in the house, and take all that out to the garbage bins when we leave.  The value is great for the high level of work they provide.

They do a great job and also improve any areas that might need tweaking.

They are meticulous, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Dorothy makes sure all the cleaning is very thorough every single time. It's rare that she has an opening, but she does have some availability in her schedule. She covers Chicago, North Shore and Western Burbs. I highly recommend Bobowik Cleaning Solutions.
