Serving Chicago Land & The Suburban area since 1977. In addition to our sales, installation and repair services, we also offer Energy Saving & Full Service Agreements as well as Extended Warranty Agreements. We are on a National Flat rate pricing program for most repairs. Travel charges apply. Extra charge for after hours service may apply. 10% discount off your first service call, certain restrictions apply. Certifications - EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Certified, all technicians, Nate (North American Technician Excellence Certification), Associations and groups members. Service tech was on time and pleasant. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and checked it out. Spent about 45 minutes on job. Also reminded me to turn the furnace back down when he left.
We've been using BRC for years. As a matter of fact, we had them install the furnace & a/c unit about 8 years ago, along with building and creating venting to the room addition which prior didn't have any central air or heat. Now the room is cozy in winter and cold in summer. And the beam they installed is beautiful! AND - best part, they are family owned and you feel like a friend when they are done with the job.
