- Twice they billed for service rendered when I had already paid.
- They continued to mow and trim the lawn last fall when they should have stopped at least 2 weeks before.
It was cold, it was NOVEMBER, the grass had stopped growing and all the leaves had been cleaned up.
The first week I was aggravated, but thought surely this was the last time. The next week
when I came home they were mowing nothing again! I approached the main supervisor and asked
why they hadn't stopped the service when it was apparent it wasn't needed. They told me it was because I hadn't told then to stop.
Were they going to try to mow all winter?
In the past, when I have dealt with lawn services I have not had to tell them to stop! They knew
when to stop. It was VERY obvious when services were not needed.
- This year the charged me 100.00 dollars for spring clean up IN MARCH. First of all,
there was still snow on the ground so what were they cleaning up? Second, since the lawn had
been cleaned up in November, there was NOTHING to clean up.
- I call and cancelled the service, but they showed up and mowed the next week.
- NONE of the workers except the supervisor speak english.
- I had paid them to dig up some rose bushes, they are coming up this spring so I am going to have to
pay someone else to do the job.
