We had Alltech HVAC out to replace a 23 year old furnace and a broken AC unit. The AC unit needed a new compressor and was not worth replacing due to the age so we had Alltech HVAC come out. They were prompt responses on the phone and through email for scheduling. They gave us a reasonable quote for Amana units with excellent warranties and reviews. We decided to get the units installed. With the current lock down state they came out with masks and gloves and used all precautions necessary. They removed the old furnace and AC without any damage to the home and installed the new units the same day. They worked with the city inspector at Rolling Meadows the same day as well. I should have mentioned that they pulled the permits and worked with the city through the whole process. The AC unit needed to be charged since it was not above 70 degrees. Once temperatures were at that level they came back out, charged the unit and worked with the city for the final inspection. Excellent job and I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work you need. Honestly, I'm glad I finally found a reliable and responsible company to work with.

Joe and the Alltech HVAC team are my heroes. I have a home warranty and was experiencing no heat since Friday morning. It was a nightmare dealing with the home warranty company and the contractor they sent out. By Tuesday morning, I still had no heat and with two young kids, it was beginning to be a dire situation. I finally decided I could not continue with the home warranty route and risk another freezing night. I searched for the closest heating pros to me and stumbled upon Alltech. Joe returned my call within minutes. I explained to him my situation, which he empathized with and routed a technician to my home, who arrived within 15 minutes. Louis showed up promptly and thoroughly diagnosed the situation. He explained to me in layman's terms what the issue was and appeared quite confident in his assessment (despite it being divergent from the home warranty company's contractor's diagnosis). They quoted me a fair price despite knowing my desperation for heat and I gave them the okay to do the work. Within a couple of hours, the heater was back on and warming the house! Joe and his team really saved the day for me! Every aspect of this experience was top notch. Joe and Louis are true professionals and great communicators.

The technicians came out quickly and addressed the problem with skill and ease. They verified the bad power head through testing, then proceeded to replace, wire and test the new power head. They also put a new cap/washer on the bleeder valve. The technicians were in and out within 20 minutes. They were efficient and professional. The interactions with the management of this company were also positive. Everyone we encountered was very helpful.

John and Joe are very upfront and go into great detail with what service work needs to be done. Each unit was inspected along with filter replacement. The reports are detailed with what each furnace parts need repairs and the lifetime remaining for each furnace. If the whole furnace needs replacement, Alltech will provide an estimate for full repair/installation.

The work is very professional. Any service calls are answered within a timely manner!
