Carpet Cleaning
The previous tenant got a dog and they rent the house for 3 years, on top of that, the house received major window repair for water leak. The carpet was new when we leased it out and it looked awful and smell funny. Adam, the owner and operator, showed up 10 minutes before our agree time (the first contractor/repair man I meet that show up early). Adam came to the house before for estimate and so he got right to do his work. The whole cleaning process took about 2 solid hours and when he was done, the carpet feel and smell great. I gave him a tip for work well done (compare to carpet replacement, I think the $200 I spent was money well spent).
