It is so terrible that it looks worse than before he did it.  He did attempt to fix them and was unsuccessful.  He said that they were 'defective' in actuality, I have contacted someone else who indidcated the wrong product was used.  They are truly terrible and he would not provide a refund and seemed to blame me.

The service turned out wonderful. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. They were timely. They were very clean, quick, and talked me through the process. They made sure I understood how it was going to work. They were wonderful. I would use them again.

I felt like I was being pushed into something I do not feel I needed.

I sent pictures and discussed my job. The response was prompt and the info I received felt good and honest. They seemed very knowledgable and had good recommendations. I would definately consider using them when I am ready.

I was really skeptical about the job being "dustless"...but it was!! This was important to me as I have an elderly parent living with me. The quality of the work was amazing....my friends are speechless. I heartily recommend this company!

I called Arthur, as one of six potential suppliers, for an appointment. That was arranged in a few days. He was very punctual and spent time answering my questions in addition to describing his service in detail. He supplied a written estimate, via email, within 24 hours. His bid was,in fact, in the middle of the six that I received. Having determined a "start" date, he showed up, with an assistant, promptly at 7:30AM and worked until 4:45PM, on each of two days. The result was exactly as advertised and as expected. I heartily recommend Arthur Jaromin/Dustless Floor Sanding Inc.

Great work, responsive to emails/questions, arrived on time! I had been searching the Internet for dustless sanding and found Dustless Floor Sanders. They had very good reviews on their site and was happy to see they were also listed on Angie's List. After getting estimates from two other companies (who I felt would also do a wonderful job) we decided on Dustless Floor Sanders. Arthur uses the Atomic dustless floor finishing system, and yes, it is dustless. Arthur and his assistant Michael arrived on time and were helpful in deciding on a stain and a finish. Highly recommended!

Arthur and his crew were professional from start to finish. The floors all look great and he salvaged a room that others told us would have to be ripped up and replaced entirely. The stairs do not match the risers as closely as expected, but Arthur told us about this during the process, and the contrast turned out to be more visually appealing than expected. The price was a little steep, but we were willing to pay it because of Arthur's commitment to the environment. After seeing the professional quality of his finished product, we would gladly pay the same price again. Well worth it. Update: Arthur and his crew ended up coming back and re-doing the stairs for free. They look much better!
