He came out shortly after I called to give me an estimate and arrange to get the work done at my convenience. He trimmed so much and asked me if it was enough, so he was willing to do more. He did quite a bit of work and probably would have charged me more had he known how much it was, but he didn't up the price from the original.

They did a really good job. We liked the finished product. He's a little bit slow to do things and we've had to call him a couple of times to get him to come, but his prices are pretty reasonable.
