WARFEL'S MULTI-FLO

First, i want to say that this company is highly qualified to do the work and we have used them before. That is why I contacted them yesterday. I left a phone message explicitly stating for them to call me to set up an appointment to do the work. I explained that we lock our gates, I work during the day and am not home, and my husband is recovering from a broken ankle making it very difficult to navigate up and down the stairs to come to the door. He can do it but it takes a lot of time. My plan was to have them call my adult son on a scheduled date and time range. Then my son could let them in and unlock the gates. So 24 hours passed and I never received a call. I really needed this tank drained so I called another company and set up an appointment for next Monday. Tonight I got home from work and my husband who had hobbled out to run an errand came home to find them waiting in our driveway. It was a stroke of luck. Husband gave them the key to unlock the gate and told them to drain it. He thought that I had arranged it and I did, but did not expect this company to randomly show up at my house with no scheduled appointment. He did explain options to my husband about drainage issues and did the work to our satisfaction. As I said, they are very competent and knowledgeable. I just do not like companies randomly showing up at my house when I explicitly request an appointment.

i called this morning, my call was promptly answered, they came this afternoon, finished the job all before the other two companies I  contacted, even called me back with a quote. You can barely tell they were here. We will definitely use Henry and his company for any maintenance needs and future pumping.

Excellent, they were available within just a day whereas another highly rated company  in my area could not come out for a few weeks.   Warfels returned my call the next day whereas yet another highly rated company I had contacted did not return my call, even after calling them twice.
I was worried that the tank was overflowing into the yard because it was so wet back there.  Warfels was very helpful in answering my questions about how often I should have the pump drained and what actually would happen if the tank were to overflow.  The tank was very full but not yet overflowing.  They informed me that at one time someone had made a replacement cover for the tank and there was some debree at the bottom.  They said while it would not cause an issue, was something to be aware of.  They also informed me that nearby small trees would eventually cause issues with the tank due to where it was located.  I now know to cut down overgrowth in the area in order to avoid problems.  I highly recommend them and will mark it on my calendar to use their services again.
