This is a small business that provides personal service. I placed a phone call in the morning and within 45 minutes the container was delivered to the exact spot that I wanted it. The customer service is great from talking to Rich or Dave on the phone, to the driver that brought the container. After the container was loaded (on a Friday afternoon) I called to have it removed and it was taken care of within a couple of hours.
