Property Appraisal
The appraisal came back with the WRONG county on the legal document. Called manager of the company, he said: "THAT'S NO BIG DEAL"! You don't even need to know that. I can quickly change it! Made me think if they were WRONG about my county, they could be wrong about the whole appraisal. The manager said it didn't matter! And he wouldn't do anything but change the county, to the correct county! I said I felt like this company was unreliable, and I wanted my money back, or at least partial payment! He laughed ha ha ha, and said NEVER! How rude!! I think they should have at least given me some money back, for this crucial mistake, and saying it was NO BIGGIE!
