Poorly, Mr Jensen damaged my home and did not call me to report it, instead he left a note and ran. He has not made good on a promise to pay for damage.

Bob was knowledgeable, experienced and articulate. He went up on the roof to check from the outside how moisture was leaking into the attic. Then, he walked around the house. Lastly, he went into the attic. He was thoughtful and looked around. When he figured out the problem, he explained it in lay terms to my husband and myself. He made a number of recommendations to solve the problem. A few days later, he sent us a letter with recommended repairs in the order they need to be completed. The letter included photos and diagrams. It made the steps we need to take quite clear.
Description of Work: Bob came to our house and went into our attic to find the cause of moisture there. He explained what the problem was to us. Then, he sent us a report which stated the recommendations he suggested complete with photos and diagrams.
