+ -1 moreSpencer is, in one word, amazing. His price was the most reasonable, and he spent an entire afternoon inspecting our new home. There were some issues with the roof, which was in the process of being replaced. He did a second inspection for us (which the sellers paid for) and issued another extremely complete report. This is the fourth time I've had homes inspected and this was the best experience, by far.
